Shipping Information
Shipping is planned as part of each custom quote because product, quantity, production location, destination count, delivery date, and packaging all affect the available options.

Shipping cost and method are confirmed with the project details. Website examples do not include a universal shipping rate.
Delivery timing
Any delivery estimate depends on artwork approval, production completion, carrier service, destination, and other project requirements. Kord will communicate the timing available for the approved order; a requested date is not automatically guaranteed by submitting the form.
Shipping address
Review every recipient name, company, street address, suite or unit, ZIP code, and contact number before approval. Address corrections or carrier changes can affect cost and timing.
Multiple locations
Multi-location delivery can be reviewed during quoting. Provide the number of locations and, when available, the address and item allocation for each destination.
Tracking and delivery
Available tracking and carrier details are provided according to the approved shipping plan. Delivery scans and access conditions are controlled by the carrier and destination.
Damage or shortage
If an order appears damaged, incomplete, or inconsistent with the approved project, retain the packaging and contact Kord promptly with photos and the relevant order and shipment details for review.
