Product and pricing confirmation

Website selections begin the conversation. Kord confirms the final product, supplier availability, colors, sizes, decoration method, quantity, pricing, minimums, packaging, shipping, and timing in the project quote.

Artwork proof

A proof is used to confirm artwork, placement, scale, and relevant production details before release. Screen appearance can differ from physical materials, and any product-specific limitations should be reviewed with the proof.

Customer approval

• Review spelling, colors, artwork, placement, quantities, sizes, shipping details, and timing
• Ask questions before approval
• Approve only when the proof and quote match the intended project

Changes and cancellation

Changes requested before production may affect price and timing. Whether a project can be changed or canceled after approval depends on its production status and the written order terms. Kord will confirm the available options before the order is accepted.

Returns and issues

Because custom products are made to approved specifications, return and remedy terms depend on the final order agreement and the nature of the issue. Report a suspected production or shipping problem promptly with the order reference, description, and clear photos so it can be reviewed.

Reorders

A prior product or artwork reference can simplify a reorder, but current availability, pricing, decoration requirements, and timing must be reconfirmed before production.
